Shipping times depend on what you purchased or which country you stay. Processing orders normally take from 3 to 5 business days, and deliveries up to 25 days. But because of extremely high demand sometimes, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive.

Yes. It comes attached to your order confirmation email, and you can download it as well from the Checkout page.

This happens if you changed store currency (USD) to your local currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.

Be assured the price is the same no matter what currency is.

PAYMENT/REFUND INFORMATION

You are eligible for refunds within 45 days since your purchase date, after which no refunds/exchanges are accepted.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, for you to qualify for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging.

These items do not qualify for refunds: flowers, newspapers or magazines, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (invoice).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
